We are proud to partner with Pinellas County Animal Services to offer Free Spays/Neuters and Preventative Care to County residents.
Visit Pinellas County Animal Services beginning, Monday, October 6, 2025 to pick up a Spay or Neuter voucher.
Vouchers are available to anyone receiving government benefits or with an annual income of $46,950 or less.
Please bring:
- Proof of income (W2 or paystub) or
government assistance (EBT card, SSI, etc.) - Proof of Pinellas County residency:
Photo ID and Utility Bill - Pet Information: you can receive vouchers for up to 2 pets per household per year.
- Veterans receive access to vouchers all year long and can be picked up at Veterans Services locations in St. Petersburg or Clearwater. Thank you for your service!
Once the voucher is issued, you will receive a list of participating veterinary clinics to call for an appointment.
